Hamilton Stamping Ltd.

Hamilton Stamping Limited has been in business since 1986 and is located in Hamilton, Ontario. Our core business is designing and producing stamped high quality parts using precision dies.

Our Product Capability

We produce a wide range of parts and assemblies across a diverse range of manufacturing industries. These include the railway, aerospace, metal fabrication, sports, and garden equipment industries.

We also have the capability to deliver our stamped products with other finishing operations applied to them such as heat-treating, finishing, soldering, and assembly.

We process low to high volume production runs ranging from a single prototype to many thousands of items per order. Typically, a client needs delivery just in time on a periodic basis to meet their manufacturing schedules.
We have developed over the years a solid network of suppliers who provide us both with quality raw material and finishing services at very competitive costs.

A few examples from the wide range of parts and assemblies we have produced include:

  • Air brake subsystem parts for railway engines and cars
  • Special bolts for commercial storage systems
  • Completed metal whistles
  • Brackets for hanging garden baskets
  • Metal parts for industrial brushes
